Solid Color Flooring Systems

Clean, durable, seamless flooring solutions designed for residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Three approaches. One professional standard.

Three Professional Solid Color Flooring Systems

From a smooth hangar floor to a reinforced warehouse finish or specialized urethane cement, each system is selected around the demands of your space.

System A

Standard Solid Color

A smooth, professional finish without silica sand broadcast.

Start with the concrete. Mechanical surface preparation using professional diamond grinding.

  1. MVB base coat

A moisture vapor barrier base selected for the substrate and project specification.

  2. Colored resin coat

A compatible colored resin layer creates the solid-color finish.

  3. Colored aliphatic urethane

A compatible protective topcoat in the selected color.

Project example: Apopka Airport Hangar.

System B

Sand-Reinforced Solid Color

Silica sand reinforcement for a textured resin flooring system.

Start with the concrete. Mechanical surface preparation using professional diamond grinding.

  1. MVB base coat

An appropriate resin base for the specified broadcast system.

  2. Silica sand broadcast

Broadcast into the designated coat. After curing, scrape and vacuum excess sand.

  3. Colored resin coat

Colored MVB or another compatible resin, only as permitted by the approved system specification.

  4. Colored aliphatic urethane

    A compatible colored protective finish.

Project example: Haines City Warehouse.

System C

Urethane Cement Flooring

A separate, heavy-duty industrial flooring technology.

Start with the concrete. Mechanical surface preparation using professional diamond grinding.

  1. Primer, when required

Selected according to the concrete and urethane cement specification.

  2. Urethane cement layer

A specialized flooring body for demanding industrial environments.

  3. Protective finish, when specified

A compatible finish matched to the intended service conditions.

A separate technology with its own preparation and application requirements.

The appropriate system, coating thicknesses, texture, and compatible materials are selected according to the substrate, environment, traffic, and performance requirements. MVB thickness and recoat requirements must follow the specific manufacturer’s specification; they are not universal across these systems.
