4,600 Sq. Ft. Industrial Warehouse Flooring Haines City, Florida
EpoX Floor Coatings completed a 4,600-square-foot industrial flooring installation in Haines City, Florida, for a commercial warehouse designed for tractor and heavy equipment storage, with potential use as a mechanical workshop.
The project included approximately 4,000 square feet of interior warehouse flooring and an additional 600 square feet of covered front space.
A multi-layer flooring system was installed using MVB, a full silica sand broadcast, and a medium-gray aliphatic urethane finish.

Our Industrial Flooring Installation Process
Four installation stages: three resin coating applications and one full silica sand broadcast.
MVB Base Coat
MVB applied at approximately 8–12 mils over properly prepared concrete.
Full Silica Sand Broadcast
Silica sand broadcast into wet MVB. After curing, the surface was scraped and loose sand removed.
Second MVB Coat — Medium Gray
Medium-gray MVB, approximately 8–12 mils, encapsulates the sand and creates a consistent surface for the topcoat.
Aliphatic Urethane Topcoat
Medium-gray aliphatic urethane provides the final protective finish and professional appearance.

2,500 Sq. Ft. Commercial Storage Hangar Apopka, Florida
EpoX Floor Coatings completed a 2,500-square-foot dark-gray solid-color flooring project inside a multi-purpose commercial storage hangar at Apopka Airport.
The facility combines office areas with storage space for trucks, boats, and recreational vehicles.
This project demonstrates our ability to provide professional floor coatings for specialized commercial storage facilities.

Industrial Door Manufacturing Facility — Urethane Cement Flooring
A real industrial flooring restoration project completed by EpoX Floor Coatings at a large door manufacturing facility. Our team removed heavy adhesive buildup, repaired and mechanically prepared the concrete, and installed a urethane cement flooring system with decorative flakes and a polyaspartic topcoat.
